When you join our Online Review Program, the Dog Handler Academy team creates a series of review request emails to send to your clients on a regular basis (i.e., monthly). These emails ask your clients about their experience at your business.

Our Online Review Program will help:

  • Increase your average stars with great reviews from your clients (if it’s not already 5 stars)
  • Deter bad reviews from being posted
  • Provide you valuable feedback from clients who aren’t totally satisfied

Simple Graphics

Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down

In an email with a thumbs up icon and a thumbs down icon, clicking on the thumbs up takes the client to leave you a Google review. Clicking on the thumbs down takes the client to your customer survey (or starts a feedback email to you).

Scale of 1 to 10

In an email with a scale of 1 to 10, clicking on 1 to 8 takes the client to your customer survey (or starts a feedback email to you). Clicking on 9 or 10 takes the client to your Google review page to leave a review.

Happy Face or Sad Face

In an email with a happy face icon and a sad face icon, clicking on the happy face takes the client to leave you a Google review. Clicking on the sad face takes the client to your customer survey (or starts a feedback email to you).

Stars

In an email with a range of 1 to 5 stars, clicking on 1 to 4 stars takes the client to your customer survey (or starts a feedback email to you). Clicking on 5 stars takes the client to your Google review page to leave a review.

Asking a Favor

We also utilize emails requesting a 5-star review with a button that links to your Google review page if the client is totally satisfied with your services. (The client is to reply to the email and provide feedback if not totally satisfied.)

Measurable Results

Our Online Review Program clients experience great results! Here are the details from an email we sent for one of our clients:

  • One email sent to 812 clients
  • 500 clients opened the email within 24 hours (61.6% open rate)
  • 153 of those clients clicked on the thumbs up icon (link to google review form) (18.8% click rate)
  • 0 clients clicked on the thumbs down icon (link to feedback email or survey)
  • 44 clients posted Google reviews within 24 hours of receiving the email (41 for 5 stars! 3 for 4 stars!)
