Business Plan

Eve can review and provide feedback on your business plan for your new or existing dog daycare and/or boarding business or she can assist you with creating one. She can help you determine what services make the most sense for your business and give feedback on potential locations if you don't have a facility yet. She'll provide resources as needed and answer any questions you may have.

Facility Design and Layout

Whether you currently have own or lease a facility OR you're just starting to look at properties to buy or lease, Eve can provide facility design and layout suggestions unique to your business and space. She can help you create a layout that is efficient and effective based on the dog daycare, boarding, and/or training services you wish to offer your clients within the space you have available.

Building and Construction

Eve built out her first dog daycare and boarding business within an existing building and, more recently, designed and built a new dog daycare and boarding facility from the ground up. She has years of experience as a member of the local builders' association. Eve can provide insight and advice to help you build a new facility or expand your current facility. She'll discuss her list of the do’s, the don’ts, and the wish-I-wouldn’t-haves.

How to Add a Training Program

If you have an existing dog daycare and/or boarding business, Eve can advise you on how to create a dog training program or set of programs to fit your facility, your team members' skills, and your clients' needs. Eve has offered a wide variety of training programs at her facilities, so she can provide suggestions, whether you want to create a day training program, dog school, board-and-train program, group obedience classes with pet parents, reactive dog classes, or anything in between.
