PROGRESS NOTIFICATIONS
View your employees’ progress any time on your Facility Dashboard. You’ll receive email progress notifications when an employee completes a course or if they’re falling behind on their coursework 1, 2, or 3 weeks after gaining access to a course.
QUIZZES & AUTOMATED GRADING

Yes! We can build quizzes and/or tests within your custom content modules or courses.
No problem! We offer maintenance for custom content at a flat hourly rate.
Yes, you can add an employee to your team on your Facility Dashboard and then choose to “Assign as Team Leader.” This will allow them to access the Facility Dashboard, view employees’ progress, and add/remove employees from the team. Team leaders cannot cancel or change your membership account.
Dog Handler Academy sends you automated emails whenever an employee completes a course. You’ll also receive automated emails you if an employee has not completed a course within 1, 2, or 3 weeks of receiving access to the course.
You also view track your employees’ progress at any time on your Facility Dashboard. This shows the percentage they have completed as well as their individual quiz scores.
No! All of the quizzes are online and graded for you, so there’s no printing quizzes or grading quizzes. (The only thing you may wish to print out would be your employees’ course completion certificates for your records—or simply save the PDF instead of printing.)
Yes! They can rotate their phone and choose to maximize the video to view it full-screen on a mobile device. They can also view our courses on a tablet or computer.
We find it is best to have employees start at the beginning. It never hurts for employees to get a refresher course and this ensures consistent training and communication among your employees and supervisors.
Yes! Our founder can assist with consulting regarding your business structure and engineering, design and layout, building and construction (the do’s, the don’ts, and the wish-I-wouldn’t-haves), adding training to your existing daycare program, and understanding your finances.
